Due to the nature and size of our Play Houses, we do not accept returns on them.  Our play house kits are efficiently packaged and once they are opened they become difficult to repack and reship.  Also due to their weight and size, the process of repacking and shipping them makes them inefficient to return.

Bounce Houses and Water Slides

If you are not happy with our product you can return it for a full refund less shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the order.  See additional conditions below.  If you have any questions about our return policy please free free to call or email us.

• The product must be in new and original condition. 
• Bounce Houses will be inspected for use. 
• Waterslides must not have been used at all.  Once you have added water to a slide you cannot return them.
• You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving the product. Just initiate a return by contacting us through email or phone.
• You must return all the original packaging. 
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Returns which do not include all packaging or are started after 14 days will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
• Do not just ship the product back to us.  Please email us or call 888-447-6565 before shipping back the product. We will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges are handled similar to returns.  You can exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the order. Exchanges after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. See additional conditions below.
